Our supply chain has an Italian heart: here at the Dr. Schär R&D Centre, we carefully select the best varieties, developed to meet both production needs and consumer expectations. In collaboration with farmers, we define every detail of cultivation, ensuring the highest level of care to exclude the presence of gluten and other allergens or external contaminants. Thanks to regular visits and innovative technologies, we provide ongoing advice and support, promoting a responsible, informed and people-focused supply chain.
Strict checks at every step
To ensure the highest quality and safety, we use only mills dedicated to grinding gluten-free cereals. Each flour is carefully tested before production, ensuring the absence of artificial sweeteners, flavour enhancers, colours and ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms.
