Basic research and product development

Our R&D team fuels innovation by combining curiosity and expertise, giving everyone the freedom to push boundaries and develop products that truly make a difference in the lives of millions. Supported by colleagues across all production sites, they work together with passion and determination, sharing skills and vision to build the future of specialised nutrition.

Marketing and Sales

Our Marketing and Sales teams turn insights into tangible results by analysing international markets and developing strategies and positioning that grow our brands across countries and channels. The Marketing team includes Category Development, Brand Marketing & Communication, Digital Marketing and Nutrition Services; the Sales team comprises Key Accounts and Back Office. Together, they work with vision, expertise and a spirit of collaboration.

Finance and Administration

Our Finance and Administration teams are trusted partners supporting the company’s success. From financial accounting to management control, as well as IT and People & Organisation, they ensure smooth daily operations. More than managing numbers and processes, they act as internal consultants, bringing expertise and experience to support colleagues, with the freedom to give their best and make a real contribution to our mission.
