Monitoring to protect
We contribute to biodiversity protection by monitoring bees and pollinating insects in real time. We have installed sensors in our buckwheat fields in Poland that record their buzzing throughout the year, collecting valuable data. Analysing and processing this information helps us understand the impact of our practices and strengthens our supply chain, habitats and biodiversity.
Guardians of our ecosystem
To counter the decline of pollinators, true guardians of biodiversity, we promote the monitoring of their habitats in Poland together with our farmers. Our buckwheat fields become safe havens for bees and other valuable insects, supporting their presence and enhancing crop pollination. By working in harmony with nature, we protect pollinators and the health of our fields, contributing to a richer, more vibrant ecosystem.
Hardworking bees
Each hive hosts between 50,000 and 75,000 bees that tirelessly fly for kilometres, visiting up to 2,000 flowers a day and producing around 12 kg of honey, a precious gift from their extraordinary work.
