INTERNATIONAL KETO REGISTRY
The International Keto Registry is an initiative collecting standardized real-world data from epilepsy patients receiving Ketogenic Diet Therapies (KDT). Its goal is to evaluate long-term effectiveness, safety, accessibility, adherence, and quality of life across different centres and countries. By integrating clinical, nutritional, and patient-reported outcomes, the registry helps identify patients most likely to benefit, monitor treatment outcomes, understand barriers to care, define best practices, optimize ketogenic protocols, and support international research collaboration to improve patient care worldwide.
