2025 is a special year for us: we’re celebrating a decade of work, passion and growth at our plant in Klagenfurt, Austria, and at our office in Lyon, France. Two different stories united by the same energy and the same mission: making life easier and more enjoyable for people with special nutritional needs.

Klagenfurt: from a small plant to an international hub

Ten years ago we opened our production plant in Klagenfurt with just 14 employees and an ambitious dream. Today that dream has become reality: we are now more than 60 people, with an annual output exceeding 20,000 tonnes.

At this plant we produce premixes and cereal blends for our international locations, along with gluten-free and low-protein flours that reach thousands of families every day.

To mark our tenth anniversary we are completing a new 1,500 m² warehouse expansion with 2,000 additional pallet spaces. This €3.3 million investment reflects our determination to keep growing and to strengthen Klagenfurt’s role as a strategic hub for innovation in gluten-free products and special nutritional needs.

France: growth rooted in commitment

In 2015 we started our journey in Lyon with only four employees. Today, we are a team of 50 people, driven by enthusiasm and the desire to innovate in the field of nutrition.

Our growth in France in the gluten-free market stems from listening to consumer needs and making targeted strategic choices, such as taking over direct distribution of our products and relaunching iconic ranges like Wholesome Loaf, now featuring new recipes and more sustainable packaging. We also broadened our scope by addressing other nutritional needs, such as those of people with chronic kidney disease with the Flavis brand—a range of low-protein products distributed in pharmacies.

Over the past ten years this path has led to doubled sales, a milestone that reflects passion, dedication and a true readiness for change.

Two anniversaries, one mission

Austria and France show us that growth can take many forms: innovative production on the one hand, and the value of people and relationships on the other.

For us, these ten years are not only business achievements, but also stories of passion, courage and daily commitment. They are proof that we can build an even stronger future while always staying true to our mission: to be the go-to brand for gluten-free foods and special nutrition.
