Recyclable packaging for Deli Style bread
With Schär Deli Style’s switching to recyclable PP5 packaging, we are taking another concrete step toward optimizing our packaging, while continuing to protect what matters most: the quality, safety, and freshness of the product.
Thanks to the new packaging, now used for two-thirds of our production, we have achieved a 31% reduction in CO₂ emissions per package (equivalent to 154 metric tons per year) and converted 110 metric tons of plastic to recyclable material per year*.
