My first work experience really means a lot to me in two respects: Professionally I acquire the necessary know how and competencies and on a personal level I can develop constantly. Already at the beginning of my placement I was given many responsibilities which motivated me to give my best. Dr. Schär believed in my skills and this is I think the best reward for all recent graduates like me.
