Trust: An established learning and mistake-management culture has allowed me to explore new channels and try out new methods. I am able to work unhindered and creatively in this trusting environment.

Challenges: Even as a mother of two, our company constantly gives me the opportunity to further develop my skills. I have just recently taken on a very interesting position. There are no shortage of challenges in our company!

Internationality: As an English woman here in Burgstall, I am really pleased that my cultural idiosyncracies are not only accepted but seen as something provides enrichment.
