The German production facilities were both set up when it was decided that the South Tyrol site was no longer sufficient to keep up with the rapidly increasing demand. Since then, significant investment has been made in both sites: the technology has been continually improved and production capacities increased. Production at the facilities is primarily focused on bread varieties and bakery specialties.
