Drawing on the daily research and development experience of the scientific committee, made up of paediatricians, gastroenterologists, nutritionists and other experts, we developed a comprehensive database of information and answers to almost every possible question, providing a well organised and open network of experts that deals with all questions concerning the coeliac condition and special nutritional needs.
