Gluten free brand leader Dr. Schär UK hopes to increase penetration in the Free From category by highlighting the existence of a newly emerging condition – gluten sensitivity – whose symptoms mean that up to 6% of the populationi could have an issue when they eat gluten.
Gluten free market leader, Dr. Schär UK is hoping to continue its year-on-year growth with the launch of a £1 million investment in its marketing efforts – the largest expenditure for the UK in the company’s 30 year existence.
