Although many high quality gluten-free products can be enjoyed at home, there are still major untapped opportunities in the hospitality industry. The Foodservice project represents our best efforts to exploit these gaps in the market. Being able to eat out or decide to enjoy a quick snack while on the move is an important part of a high quality of life. At the same time, this is an exciting new business area that is opening up for committed professionals in the hospitality industry.
